My house fell apart revealing so many repairs that are needed after sale, now I know that is why she was rushing me the whole time. He went well above and beyond our expectations in helping our family purchase a home in Cane Bay Plantation. To give you a little bit of our experience... We are a dual military family that was living in Okinawa, Japan for the last 5 years with zero ties to South Carolina. When we got orders to Charleston, we began reaching out to realtors with weeks of zero responses back. It was extremely discouraging. My husband came across a review from another overseas military family that recommended Mr. Gaskill. My husband sent him an e-mail and within hours we had a response back. My husband and I had a telephone consult where we felt immediate connection with Mr. Gaskill. He was easy to talk to. He cared about all of our wants and desires for our home to the point where he knew what we would/would not like. At the end of our experience, he was only sending homes we would love. I can attest to her dedication, dependability and professionalism; being a first time home buyer and being relatively new to the area; our apartment lease expiration was fast approaching, so we needed to make a move very fast. We were groping in the dark; apprehensive and very cautious. But Maro was very reassuring, super helpful and guided us every step of the way, answering our calls at very odd hours, presenting us with varied options and pointing out pros and cons; we felt very informed and empowered throughout the time we've engaged her in the home buying process.
